The Palestinian Authority is going broke. That's a darn shame. Arafat, the head of the PA, is the sixth-richest world leader and controls all their money. You'd think the Palestinians would be eyeing him closely, but they're saying it's all Israel's fault. They've been living on donations the last three years and the donor nations are now demanding an accounting.
Besides keeping his wife in luxury far, far away, I can't see what he's spending it on. Maybe he's the Imelda Marcos of head rags.
