Posted by: robin at October 6, 2004 07:09 PMI never got into the J Geils Band, but I saw 'em one time at Jubilee weekend at Chapel Hill some time between 1969 and 72 (I honestly can't remember, but that's another story). I remember they had a big, big sound ( maybe even some horns for some songs?)but that's about it. I want to say I saw our boys were there too, but what can I say? -- my face was painted blue and ....

That's the same shirt he was wearing in those pictures of him and Berry where he was holding the can of Cocola.
Some people know the time frames from what guitar he had. I know them from his shirts.
