Remember, Duane's DOC was speed.

I was that skinny at Duane's age, and far after Duane's death. And I didn't use speed but I sure did love black coffee and cigarettes, lots and lots o' cigarettes (long since stopped).

A lot of it has to do with being very hyperactive, which I was, also. One of the reasons I love Duane's music so much.

SWOONED? Don't get me wrong, I loved the "Duane
clip" & have mourned & idolized the man for 30+ years.
But it's refreshing to hear of ladies swooning over SkyDog. I mean, I thought some only swooned over
brother "Chipmunk." 'Course, the extent of their AllBros.
knowledge is "he was married to Cher, sang "Ramblin' Man" & was killed when a peachtruck hit him..."

I think I love you Southern ladies .... I must leave the frozen northern liberal tundra.

Donnah, while I must admit that I don't share your political idealogy at all, your love for Duane and his music has made me a dedicated visitor to your site . I can honestly say that after discovering your web page, I look more foward to Wednesdays than Fridays. Thanks.

It's rough at the ABB board. The guys talk about his equipment set up and I talk about whether or not at one point he got a perm.
There are some pics where his hair is suspiciously pretty and fluffy...
Here I can indulge my obsession as I see fit, to include gratuitous potshots at Gregg for being so very talented, but so very weak.
