It's been a difficult week for the families of the Sago mine disaster. Now, a 15 member group is coming to Upshur County to protest the miners' funerals.
They're from Topeka, Kansas. They're a radical religous group known as the "Westboro Baptist Church".
Just as disgusting as the bile from the Phelps group is this hate-whitey spew:
To tie all this tragedy and drama together while you are looking at the grief of the Sago mine tragedy where miscommunication was in many ways worse than the tragedy, where tears are being shed by people, all white, young and old, mostly fat and not at all with the look of Hollywood; but rather the leftovers from rickets, tuberculosis, no dental care and an assurance that they are better off in Upsur County West Virginia than any Black in America whether he or she lives in the Tower Suite of the Waldorf Hotel or the back waters along Louisiana Delta. Sing no sad songs for the white people of this country who are confronted with disaster. They will be taken care of.
The Westborons hate "fags," Wilbert Tatum and his bunch hate "hillbillies." Compelled by their respective hatreds, these worms crawl out from under the same rock to insult the memory of unfortunate men who did them no harm.

Respect is something those "hillbillies" have in spades and they wouln't put up with a group of fools trashing their farewells to loved ones.

These people that are trying to say that it is God's wrath that caused this are just idiots. Who are they to judge? I can say one thing for sure God would not want these stupid people to protest something like this and say it is in his name.

We are going to get between them and the grieving families with our backs to them so they will not be heard. If anyone wants to join us to support these families, the memorial will be held on Jan. 15 at Wesley Chapel, WV Wesleyan College, Buckhannon, WV. We will be there a little early possibly at noon. This will not be a violent gathering. It is our duty as fellow West Virginians to support these families in their time of need.
