Those left in that family must feel like Job at this point:
Family and friends gathered Thursday at the home of seven adopted children who were killed when their car was crushed between a truck and a stopped school bus and burst into flames.
The grief apparently was too much for a grandfather of the children, the victims' mother, Barbara Mann, told CNN.
William Scott, 62, ``had a massive heart attack tonight over all this'' and died, Mann, told CNN. ``I can't deal with it.''
I'll take this as confirmation that it's not such a big deal that Brad and Jen broke up. Remember the Manns in your prayers.
Posted by floridacracker at January 26, 2006 04:29 PM I just heard on the radio news of the heart attack death of the elder family member. In the item they mentioned that the car driver was but 15 and unlicensed. Hold that thought. As I heard it, both on the news yesterday, and then just now, it is said that the truck hit the car which hit the bus. What does this scenario have to do with whether the car driver was licensed, of age, or not? I am a truck driver, semi-retired, (pun intended), and can see no link here with the story as presented. Like the news accounts of some motorcycle wrecks: " Guy on motorcycle has wreck, breaks hips, wasn't wearing helmet." Helmet would have prevented hip fractures?
Y'all hug yer kids double tonight, saying:" one of the hugs is from Americans that Love Ya!"

Yes, in this case, whether she had a license or not doesn't matter, as it was the truckdriver at fault.
Grief and heartache got piled on one family. It is just so sad.
