Appalling Ignorance At UW

I am ill, and news like this might give me apoplexy.

The quotes in the minutes of the UW student senate meeting as they decline to honor the Medal of Honor recipient who went to their school are mind-blowing.

I'll only state that far from being the "rich white male" that senate vice-president Ashley Miller disparagingly called him, Greg "Pappy" Boyington hardly ever had two nickels to rub together in his entire life. He also happened to be half Sioux.
Ashley did manage to correctly identify him as a male, though.

Liberal Larry's got it covered, so I'll leave it at that.

The quote seems to fit the her attitude. Sent a happygram expressing my thoughts on her success in life compared to his and somewhat doubting she'd be remembered as long as he will be.

I love my Aces and read the biography on Boyington that came out a couple of years ago. He spent two years in a Japanese POW camp. Yikes.

Outside of her immediate family, nobody's ever going to give a rip about the life of Ashley Miller, pisser-on of her betters.

pleeeze don't anybody stop Ashley..if we leave her
alone, she'll be totally worthless by the time
she figures out Robert Conrad isn't really Pappy Boyington.

All MOH recipients should be exempt from income tax, especially the ones that are alive when they recieve
the medal.

Ashley should be exempted from childbirth..
