"Both Reuters and the BBC, pffft, go to great pains to avoid using the term 'terrorist' when describing the individuals that make up Al Qaeda."
Its hard to say if it is just a survival technique or a marketing decision but as the UK continues to see growth in it's integration resistant Muslim population, the BBC, pffft, other British media, and government continue to make such concessions.
