Step 105 on the road to recovery:
Sago mine survivor Randal McCloy tells speech therapist "Don't patronize me."

Once you're able break your bad attitude out of the rusty old memory box, you're half-way home. It's a great sign for a guy a lot of people thought would be a zombie.

Randal is one of those 'dumb hicks' that represents
the best of us. He has an open invitiation to go fishing, when he's able.

I'm so thrilled with this guy's progress. It's the nicest story this year, after all the horror of the explosion and false-report of all the minors surviving.
