When Tawana Brawley was staging her hoax racist attack, one of the things she did to herself was rat her hair and then hairspray it. That was meant to prove the true viciousness of her attackers. It almost worked.

Wow this one ended up being a toughie. Congrats to Hamous for correctly guessing Stevie Nicks from about 10 years before she became famous.
