Lunatic Fringe Pt. II

I've been meaning to touch on this for a while: why are Debbie Schlussel's columns so full of venom and bile? Is there some open slot for a female Michael Savage she's auditioning for, or is she actually a basilisk with a keyboard?

We've got our fringe just as the left has theirs and neither are fit for decent company. I'll take a pass on anybody whose eyes I think would glitter if they thought they saw a worm under a rock.

And by the way, a big welcome home to Jill Carroll. I'm glad you made it out of there in one piece.

Oh, and if I'm ever on a job in Iraq and I get kidnapped -- I'm not the stuff of heroes; I'm going to sing my head off. Beats getting it cut off.

UPDATE:
And here I thought I was going to be the voice crying in the wilderness.

She is such a skank. Venom and bile is much to nice to describe her frothing at the keyboard.

Maybe she should listen to a little http://trambounleashed.com/music/hurtingnobody.mp3
John Prine and chill for a bit. It's one of those songs you may have to play a few times to get the message, but well worth it.

Hope you and Mr. Cracker have great weekend...what's left of it.

Honestly, you just can't go around ranting and hating everything. That's no way to live. Negative ideologies, negative people -- I'll give them all a miss.

This last thing was the straw that broke that camel's back. I wonder how Debbie would fare were she placed in Jill Carroll's situation.

So much wasted energy, but what can you expect from the likes of this broad? Maybe we should refer to her as "Spineless Debbie"(can't call her Broke Back. She needs a spine for that.) Ya think?

There's a local columnist in the Herald who is outraged twice a week like clockwork. I read the first paragraph to find out what it is this time, then flip the page.

I'll stick with "Basilisk," until DS stops with the "Murder, death, kill" stuff.

Thanks. Linked you back. Didn't realize Schlussel was so, um, high maintenance

Donnah, did you misspell 'pass' ???

I agree with Schlussel, and Malkin for that matter.

Since they're not in agreement, that's hard to do.
