It's funny, I agree with some of the stated political threats in that post, and then he caps it with "Rape America" and my mind shuts off.

It was the "rape America" and "Democrats are evil" lines that did me in. The fool had almost presented a coherent argument but could repress himself no longer and had to go all John Brown in the end.

This is why I like your site, Donnah. I'm a Democrat and I visit your blog everyday for your sense of humor and your outlook. I'm sure some Democrats and some of my party's ideas rankle you and your readers. They rankle me too. But you never let things go low. It sure is nice pulling up my chair to your blog. Actually, I did some time in the field following wires, trying to find the short, and that's a lot like following someone's line of argument. I get a little shock at the point in their break of logic.
And I do try to take the high road regardless of politics, even if I don't always make it.
