Stigma

In the world of University of New Mexico Professor Bruce Potts, there's no difference between being sent to prison for a crime and serving in the military:brucepotts.jpg

"He admits there is a stigma still attached to people with lots of tattoos, that they are fresh out of prison or have been in the service."

Perhaps he should spend some time locked down in one of each group's respective facilities until he has it sorted out.

I know and see more people with tatoo's that have never been in prison or served in the military than those that have. Another brain dead left wing democrat crawled from under a rock. They're only about 40 years behind or maybe still living in the 17th century with the Islamic RoP. Give me an X military person as an employee every time, warts and all.

you sure have an appropriate handle, Scrapiron..

It reminds me of the Injun in "outlaw Josey Wales"
when he said " Ugh, Wales, your words have iron in them..."

Of the people at my work, you can spot the vets a mile away : Gig line, check, on time, check,
Trustworthy (usually) check, Manners, Family/People -oriented, leadership ability, financially better disciplined, check X 4, there's more...but I'll stop there.

btw...

Has anybody else noticed there doesn't seem to be any difference between college professors and the folks that just got released from wing E ?

and if you have to ask what 'Wing E' is, forget it.

This tattoed teacher is one cool guy. And obviously a tough one too. Makes Dennis Rodman look like a sissy.

Tough? Maybe he's just addicted to the needle.
