The Elephant On The Border

How secure are we? Pennsylvania Congressional candidate Raj Peter Bhakta draws us a picture: If someone can ride an elephant across the border accompanied by a mariachi band without the Border Patrol noticing, probably not very.

Yay Allah's for the entire video.
That was downright funny, him having to point out the illegal that waded accross directly under the official border crossing that is.
A very sad commentary on 'security', such as it isn't.
I'd recommend avoiding the carrot juice too...

imho..*these* are the kind of guys we need in office. I personally don't really care where they come from, as long as they're not total losers.

Personally, I think Donnah would make a great Education Secretary...

Rafting on the Rio has a nice ring to it.

We don't set the bar real high for politicians, do we? Be conservative, have a little bit of personality, and not be a total loser. Just let us every once in a while land a statesman...

Where is the bar ?

I was given the distinct impression growing up that
there were two kinds of politicians, shoe-in bluebloods with colonial yankee roots...wallowing in
wealth, etc. AND
The common giant, the guy who from humble tribal origin, generally some county commissioner or lawyer
type who stays alive long enough to take the slow track to the top.

The latter having also managed to not be a total loser...

the first type was called a Republican.

but all that seems to have flown out the window, like some prized chicken.

Yeah, I grew up with the exact same view. My first disabuse was Jimmy Carter.

PULEASE don't mention J.C.; it embarrasses me. I'm trying to forget then and ignore now.

Is that guy Raj actually running for office? Which State?
