Jellybean Martinez

There are lots of things that if you lined them end to end would circle the globe. For instance, the jellybeans eaten in this country at Easter would go around it three times. Another of those things might be people who think Mel Martinez is a sorry choice to head the RNC.

Martinez did a lousy job in Orange County, amongst other places, and has no business being a Senator and certainly not as head of a party with cataclysmic problems. He's yet to prove leadership skills. THAT'S what the Republican party needs as it continues to crack and break. Martinez only helps to further break and peel the party. A messsage to the party by way of the election seems to have been missed and it's only been a week.

He's being compared to Harriet Meiers at this juncture.

I'd like to wish him well in his endevors but nothing complimentary comes to mind, about him or his endevors.
If the Republican leadership thinks '06 was a shitstorm they're playing with warm nitro by choosing this path.

Mel Martinez is the perfect choice! He’s the pancake make-up on the corpse. Say a prayer, close the lid, and bury it.

Now *that* was descriptive, Cindy.

No, it was good. I liked it.
