William, a photo-journalist from New York, heads South and learns about cakewalks and jumping parties.
I saw this once long ago and nearly peed from laughing. Having no idea what show you're watching makes for a interesting search to find something from it later.
Intro here, and horror-filled finale here.
Posted by floridacracker at November 20, 2006 12:11 PMwow! this ia a clip (and one i don't have!) from a comedy group called The Upright Citizens Brigade, think they were from Chicago. I have 3 episodes on tape, but never saw this one till now. THANKS!
Posted by: ACME at November 20, 2006 07:54 PMWe were flipping through the millions of channels one night years and years ago and stopped on this "city mouse" thing. We were screaming laughing. Good stuff.
Posted by: Donnah at November 20, 2006 09:28 PMUCB! A show that actually made me laugh. So, naturally, they cancelled it.
At least one of the three seasons is available on DVD.
Other highlights:
* A man who saves the world by having...an intimate moment...with a dolphin invader.
* Poo-on-a-stick self defense
* A man who repeatedly dupes a partygoer to come back to his bedroom to use his "time machine."
* A Nazi-like development that doesn't tolerate fat people.
* A college student who blames her plagiarism on the fact that she is "so adopted."
...Yeah, I'm a fan.
