Dispatch From Kuwait

INDC Bill's account of his visit to Kuwait's Not To Forget museum is Not To Be Missed. The creativity of the person who designed a re-creation of the spider hole Saddam was hiding in and put the head of his toppled Tikrit statue coming out of it is much to be admired.

My unit had a Kuwaiti squad that sat side-saddle with us as we monitored the communications of Saddam's forces during the Gulf War. The day Kuwait was liberated, first they gave us a party, then they headed home...on foot. They had some serious family reunioning to do.

very thorough...I guess the Kuwait people have a little something else to add to the current events
are... maybe a little Saddam doll hanging from the gallows would be apropos.

Nice job so far Mr. Bill...my envy increases with each day.

It was a good first dispatch. I want one just as good every day. He should be flying into Baghdad tomorrow, so I'm expecting a big bang-up report on Saddam to read with my morning tea.

Been on military travel for a day, just got in at 1 or so, haven't slept in 30+hrs. almost scored a few questions with the judge who denied Saddam's appeal, but he didn't show where he was supposed to. Waited for him quite a bit. Now checking e-mail/internet, going to crash, maybe Ill post again after a day's worth of sleep.
