I say, old chaps at the Telegraph, you're going to get your Tommies killed.

Click the link, I've no intent of excerpting this.

I'm surprised they considered it news...after all, the Guardian is manned by dummies. Seems as though they would be used to the idea.

That is what is so surprising - The Telegraph isn't the Guardian, at least not until now.

The UK goes so far as to have an "Official Secrets Act" that is helpful in eliminating some of the disgraceful behavior in evidence at the NYT and WaPo, but I'm guessing they've haven't drafted an "Official Media Moron Act" just yet.

Laugh if you will, but 65 years ago, in recognition of their valiant service, the editors of The Telegraph would certainly have been eligible for the highest military award:

The Iron Cross.

Please do not take this as a ranting, spewing, foaming at the mouth post, But!

Let's not get to upset about the newspaper.
I would lay you odds some effing, moronic, imbecile, from the unit told someone about this, and that is how the Guardian found out.

It doesn't matter how they found out, what matters is that they felt no compunction at all about publishing the information.
