He was an illegal retiree, bastard..probably had a nice SSI check paying for the whole sweet deal. I guess he fit in real nice with all the birds..

Ran a check on him with http://www.familywatchdog.us/Search.asp. Looks pretty creepy and his conviction listed was about children. You might want to check your own neighborhood too.
