Center Of Universe Shifts

Aren't judges supposed to have keen analytical minds?

A Jacksonville, Fla., judge drew his handgun when an accused child molester was attacked by an alleged victim's father in court.

"I didn't know if he was going after me or the bailiffs or the defendant," Circuit Judge John Merrett told The (Jacksonville, Fla.) Times-Union.

Yes, the father of the victim would definitely be going for the bailiff or the judge, because Lord knows his focus wouldn't be on the bad guy in his own little family drama.

Here's a famous video of a victim's father icing a bailiff. Sorry, my mistake. This father failed to target the bailiff and instead for some reason shot the perp.

I could do five years standing on my head..especially probation, for that. I have always
enjoyed this video..lol. It's my cup of tea.

I keep/kept waiting for Lunsford to off Couey. He would never be convicted. No way.

This may be slightly off-colour, but why does Michael Jackson like twenty-eight year olds?

Because there's twenty of them.

Something similar happened in the Jacksonville courthouse about eight years ago. Some drug dealers had kidnapped a two or three year old child during a home invasion. They left the child in a locked car, and the child died from the heat before he was found. At the perp's arraignment, the victim's family stormed him and beat the hell out of him in court. The bailiffs sort of wandered over to stop it. The judge did not display a handgun.

I remember that Juan...it sort of made my day, hearing about it.

First there was no stopping violence. People would keep taking revanche on the other family, and they on them, ad infinitum.
Then came Moses, who decided to put an end to this. Take an eye for an eye (and leave it at that).
Then came Jesus, who told his disciples to conquer hatred with love.
The choice is ours.

If more family members of victims responded to an assault like the father in the video we would soon see a decrease in those kind of assaults. It does, though, behoove the family member to be absolutely certain that the perp is guilty.
