You hit the nail on the head. Selective law enforcement is on the road to a police state. How can police hand out speeding tickets in a subdivision where 90% of the construction workers and landscapers are illegals? Maybe the illegal presence is a federal issue - but hiring these assbags is local. Kept alive through cowardice and generous campaign contributions. What scum.
