Duane in the spotlight, playing before a paying audience.
Wail on, Skydog!
isn't it great that most of these were black and white ? I think I see a little Donnah right down front..with her hand over her mouth.
Which, if it were true makes sense. I'm sure her Mama told her the same thing mine told me. Something about a fly.
Thanks as always Donnah.
Wonderful pic Donnah, one of my favs. Look at the faces in front and see how Dunae transported them to another plane. Most rock concerts didn't include rapt attention like that, but of course most musicians of the day weren't Duane Allman! Heck most musicians of today can't begin to compare.
No wonder we are still enthralled with the man some 35 years later.
Thank you Donnah oh procurer of the most awsome pics!

Thanks again, Donnah! (Happy summer to y'all and you Donnah, in the deep south. Heck, way up here its even getting warm! Was definitely over 90 and humid today) When is supposed to be like high 70s into 80s until August.
Just wrote a little piece of a riff today. Im gonna rock on and have me a good time!
Hope you all do, too, this weekend!
Absolutely, any professional photographer would choose black and white film for this shot.
I love how the light makes the tuning pegs look like they're translucent
