Duane at the Warehouse with Dickey.
His guitar was known to smoke both figuratively and literally.
Wail on, Skydog!
I like those old long haired pics of Dickey.. Duane
must've borrowed a strap from somebody for the warehouse gig.. Great pic. Thanks Donnah
oh.. I forgot, This is probably from the opening from 'Black Hearted Woman' judging from the position
of their hands.... unless someone else has a better guess...lol
Great Shot. "Black Hearted Woman" do it to you every time.
I had that shirt. Actually, I still have that shirt. The sleeves are gone though.....
Posted by: mike the bike at August 8, 2007 01:02 PMHey yea, great pic of them. Great shot of those string-tip curls. (I do that now hah)
And look, Duane wasnt the only one who would make the faces while playing. =P
Saw them play a NH show, Friday 8-03-07...
AWESOME!!! Im gonna start going each year they come back, I think. SO GREAT! I got the red 2007 T-shirt (if you look on hittin the web) and ordered that performance and jazzfest '07 from the site. Also gonna get Stonybrook '71 I think.
And hey, y'all, go to ebay and search 'skydog amp' and take a gander at how nice that amp is. I just dont have $1000 for it or else I'd snatch one.
Thanks again, Donnah, for another great pic!
Posted by: Ben at August 8, 2007 04:40 PMI wonder if Duane or Dickey had any idea what those
guitars would be worth now..?
