The Cowboy Makes Him An Offer He Can't Refuse

Tom Mix was never like this. As illustrated in this scene from Mulholland Drive, you don't have to be big and beefy or holding a weapon to be menacing.

Sixth in a series.

BONUS:
The most delightful use of a Linda Scott song ever.

OK, D:
I've just gone through all 6 in series to date. "The Cowboy" is one of the creepiest characters I have ever seen in cinema (or anywhere for that matter), and on that hook I bit and just finished viewing the other 5.
I'm pondering. Powerful/emotionally shocking scenes all. Intense musical scores. Most creepy/scary/mad. Each unforgettable once you've seen them. Is that the theme?
Please provide clues or another example, but for God's sake, no more of the Cowboy!!

I agree, no more....
I'm a Gunsmoke fan. I've watch Matt, Festus, Doc, Miss Kitty and the rest every Saturday morning for more than 10 years, with very few repeats. Best western drama ever.
I do wish the Marshal would have shown more affection to Miss Kitty though.
