I was going to say, in agreement with Donna, that you can really see into his personality here. But, Little Starla takes the door prize: I will lose my fear and say what all the girls say: "Isn't he just so adorable you want to hug him?" Owen, fear not, that was a velvet grenade I threw out, actually a velvet rock star, so the ladies here would storm from the wood work with maternal hormones a surgin'. Owen, it's been 3 weeks of just you and me and Duane here on Wednesday! I don't love you that much.

Ladies, he was busy reinventing blues rock for the next thousand years. He is already reincarnated, but is still taking piano lessons. Patience, he will need the food more to fight off ClearChannel and MCA records than he did in his last incarnation.

I don't know about motherly instincts, but you may be right. lol The reason we girls latch onto the "bad boys" is not so we can change them and make them "good boys" but so a little bit can rub off on us and we can be "bad girls." :)

It is gone now.. :( He seems to be blessed with a knack for locating these wonderful deals..I think it's because he lost everything a few years ago in a fire.
Regardless, it was one of the finest instruments I have ever played..

I don't think we really want to know just how your friend accomplished this wondrous feat of acquisition. I have the distinct impression his method may be somehow illegal, immoral, fattening or some combination of the above. :)

Nothing illegal occurred at all..he bought it fair and square..but these 'acquisitions' usually involve a story..as does this one. I just didn't see any point in playing the entire scenario out.

I guess it was somewhat fattening...in the wallet, anyway.
