OJ Pulped

Like an actor whose dazzling performance went overlooked by the Academy, OJ Simpson has just received a make up Oscar for a lesser role:

The 61-year-old Hall of Fame football star was convicted of kidnapping, armed robbery and 10 other charges for gathering five men a year ago and storming a room at a hotel-casino to seize Simpson sports mementos - including game balls, plaques and photos - from two collectors. Prosecutors said two of the men with him were armed; one said Simpson had asked him to bring a gun.

After the verdict, Simpson, the sports-idol-turned-celebrity-pariah, was handcuffed and led from the room with his co-defendant, Clarence "C.J." Stewart. They could spend the rest of their lives in prison.
...
Simpson's Las Vegas defense tried to tell the jury that the two cases had nothing to do with each other, but it was a losing battle.

"I don't know that one trial cancels out the other," said Loyola University law professor Laurie Levenson, who attended Simpson's murder trial. "People will always be troubled by O.J. For the people troubled by the Los Angeles acquittal, this case will make small amends. Saying finally there is justice, at least from a legal perspective, is very crude way of looking at justice."

It's for the best. Having long found the South Florida social scene distracting, he'll now at last be able to concentrate on finding his ex-wife's murderer. He'll be interviewing gumshoes for hire come first visiting day.

If he'd just had some co-conspirators when he killed Nicole and Ron, he might just possibly have been in jail these last 13 years. From my reading, it would seem that one of the easiest ways to not get away with your crime is to involve somebody else. Somebody who can be persuaded to rat you out in exchange for leniency. Or somebody who can get scared and turn you in when they realize they got involved in more they bargained for.
OJ: Orange jumpsuit. For sure now.

Made my night when I saw that pop out live on Fox.
I did a shot of Crown for justice finally being served 13 years to the day.

I personally hope he never see's another sunset as a free man.

speaking of kilts

There'll be bluebirds hover, OJ's white Bronco...
just you wait and see...

To be honest..I never cared much for OJ..either before or after he 'kilt' his wife..AND her boyfriend.
And to be even more honest, if someone was a busy
pokin my woman, I might just lose my mind and glove
also..just long enough to help THEM feel the agony of defeat too.

Yeah..if I was rich man..da da da da..like a fiddler on da roof !!

What pissed me off was OJ acting like he didn't do it, lying about it, hiring the most expensive lawyers in the world, getting off, then moving to Florida and playing golf on OUR golf courses..and actually pretending he didn't do it..of and lets not forget all those hundreds of 'brothers' who have argued with me over the past however many years that "OJ didn't do it"...

I mean..really at this point, he'd be better off..and probably lower his personal 'worm to respectable criminal' psychic ratio, if he'd just come on out with it and be more like Carl, and just admit it.."mmm Mmm I kilt her..I took a lawnmower blade and just KILT her"

Now, FIX me some biscuits !
