Duane in the clouds :) Live Oak, Florida.
Wail on, Skydog!
Gee, after last weeks photo how can we tell its Skydog without seeing his hindquarters. I guess this photo was taken from the Lord's photo album.
Wail on! Don't forget to hug a veteran on this solemn day; I'm sure Duane's giving his dad one right now.
I did, or rather I sent virtual hugs to my veterans, I have quite a few, but none living close by that I know well enough to actually squeeze. :)
And Willard, that's the thing about DA: he's one of those lucky people who are cute coming AND going!
Donnah, is this from a Wanee poster or real clouds? I am thinking poster since you have the smiley and all. If I saw real clouds in this configuration I would know it was a sign from the heavens above. Now what the sign would be would depend on how bad you had Duaneitis. And since I have the DAn1 really bad I would have to make posters and run around town yelling, "come to the soul side, Skydog's guitar solo is near!"
I will refrain from song writing this week since I suck at it....;)
Thank you Ms. Donnah, everyone have a great weekend!
Wail on, Skydog!
Posted by: cindy at November 12, 2009 10:24 AMI dunno, Cindy, I thought you did pretty good with songwriting.
Wow, if that's your punishment for having Duaneitis (and having it so bad that your granddaughter tells people about her Grandma's boyfriend Duane...lol) I may someday forget my name and how to feed myself, but I will remember that one till the day I die!) wonder what I'd end up being made to do? It doesn't bear thinking about, does it?
Todays forecast: Partly cloudy with a chance of Duane. It's gonna be a beautiful day!
Thanks Donnah.

Posted by: Donnah at November 13, 2009 08:38 AMI like the clouds, they really make the pic all soft and dreamy. Always did like clouds anyway. When I was little I imagined clouds would be like a bubble bath, and I wanted to go skydiving because I wanted to take a bath in the clouds. Even today, if I fly somewhere, I like looking out the window at the clouds and daydreaming about a huge heavenly bubble bath right outside the plane windows. lol
Posted by: Starla Darling at November 16, 2009 10:16 AMWhen I was little, I ate some mushrooms and thought the clouds were shaving cream sitting on glass..and I was under it.
Needless to say, I could not find my way home..or my car.
Plus, I owned a truck.
Posted by: csason at November 19, 2009 08:09 AMRofl! And the moral of that story is: be careful about what fungus you eat, cause there isn't mush room for error! Bwaaahaaahaaa!
I don't remember this, but my aunts do. When I was very little I apparently cried for ten minutes when I was informed that I couldn't go up and play in the bright-colored sunset clouds. They just looked so beautiful to me, I guess I thought they'd feel nice to touch and roll in.
