There's way too much style and chicness in this town. I need to get back to Weston where even the youngest and prettiest girls just look like they're working some corner.

A wonderful place to be, even in the Winter.
UPDATE:
We're home! What an adventure!
What a WONDERFUL pic! Thanks for that! He looks happy and healthy! See you tonight!

Posted by: James at January 7, 2010 07:32 PMglad everything went well.
how did you like those 30-minute time zones?
Posted by: Mr. Bingley at January 8, 2010 06:25 AMYes, it was cold there. It was snowing when we got out of the Louvre and I froze solid pretty quickly! I don't wear a watch, so I didn't really notice the time zones-- until I crashed and slept for about 12 hours.
Posted by: Donnah at January 8, 2010 06:39 AMI never heard of anybody who didn't wear a watch. Wow.
Cold here too, snowed a couple inches last night, and off and on today it will start snowing these huge fat flakes...while the sun is shining! I have looked for a snowbow but haven't seen one yet.
Glad you're back, Miss Donnah!
I lost my watch in 1969......
Posted by: Mike The Bike at January 8, 2010 11:03 AMI ran over my watch with a lawnmower when I was fourteen. The band caught on a branch, ripped loose and I ran it over. The watch still ran just fine but the place where the band hooked into it was too mashed for me to wear it. So I did get a new watch, but I still have the mashed one, which still runs. Thank you, Timex! It really did take a licking and kept on ticking.
Posted by: Starla Darling at January 8, 2010 11:19 AMI dropped a gold watch in a bass pit in phosphate
country..1975.
Glad you made it back safe and sound.. sry about
your watch, I think.. glad about Mr. C.
Oh no, Owen! Not bad enough that you droped your watch down a fishing hole, but it would have to be a gold one! Yikes!
Posted by: Starla Darling at January 8, 2010 12:35 PMThanks for the news and updates on Mark's journey to remedy 'bump in the road.' It was wonderful to see you both back and in your sweet home last night.
Posted by: Becky at January 8, 2010 07:46 PMWelcome home! I sincerely hope the trip was successful. I always enjoy Florida Cracker! Especially the Duane pics.
Thanks.
I hope you bought something swanky to model for us later. Like a teetery high pair of Louboutins, or something?
Posted by: panhandle cooter at January 11, 2010 08:59 AMHow 'bout a cute beret?
Or a silky, birhgt sari?
